I'm sorry to read about both your mother Sharon & Little Gail.
He was such a funny guy when we were growing up in Carthage.
Sitting in your house playing pitch with your father Gail and shooting the breeze with everyone.
May you find peace in this time of sorrow, just know that you have Old & new friends to rely on.

Gail i will never forget you as a young child i can remember my brother and i running over to your mom's house to play we all grow up together. We met Gail and Natasha Andrew and Aiden a few years a go on Daytona Beach. They only had one week and it was the coldest and rainiest week ever and Gail never complained and made sure his kids had the best time ever! His love for his kids was so obvious. He really was a wonderful man and he will be missed!

To The Downing Children,
You are in our throughts and prayer during these difficult times and Gail was like family to us he treated our daugther like his own niece and me and him would vistit early morning and afternoon when we lived at champion apartments and he would come over and see me when I was over visiting his mom sharon she was like a ma to me you will be missed by all and rest in peace.

Me and Gail went to school together for many years we spent alot of our childhood together . In our laters years discovered we were related somehow, but forever remained friends and forever had that kind of relationship where we would share a big smile and a hug now and then. Always had that special place in my heart he was more then just a friend or a relative and he knew that. He will be truly missed by so many . May he and his mom and dad forever rest in peace
