I remember when I used to bring my mom up to visit, my 3 children(now adults) had a ball. They would love all of the farm animals, and Phil would show them all around. My whole family (Smiths) and I are sorry for your loss. God’s blessings & peace be with you all. Pat Rowland & family ♥️

Doris, Phil and Tammy we are so sorry for your loss and brokenhearted ourselves. Big Phil will always be a special part of our lives especially, Jr's. I am glad that I have had 28 years of memories of him myself. There are no words that can make this easy for you all. We will miss our motorcycle rides as that is what we all have been doing these last several years. So glad that he was able to continue to ride until the weather and his health stopped him. I believe more the weather than his health. When we lived in Richville and he would stop with the dogs on their nightly drive. Big Phil just know you will always be a piece of our Shampine family forever!!!! You may be gone but never forgotten. Love, Jr, Barbie, Brie and Evan Shampine
