Obituary of David W. LaVine

David W. LaVine July 29, 2015 LOWVILLE, N.Y. — David W. LaVine, 65, of 5590 River St. Apt. 103-C, died Monday, July 27, 2015 at his home. He was born April 26, 1950, in Carthage, the son of William and Hazel LaVine. Mr. LaVine married Bonnie Fuller on Aug. 21, 1982. Mrs. Fuller died June 30, 2005. He was survived by his stepchildren; Kenneth Thomas and wife Lisa, Lowville, Christine Spencer, Lowville and her husband Ray, Christopher Thomas and wife Charity, Lowville; Kirk Thomas and his wife, Melinda "Mindy", Carthage, and Matthew Thomas, Glenfield. Besides his wife, he was predeceased by his brothers; Harold LaVine, Robert LaVine, and Peter LaVine, his sisters; Nancy Heesh & her husband Kenny, Marlene Everhard, and Mary LaVine and his stepdaughter, Pamela Campany. He enjoyed working on his old cars, collecting model cars, and attending Country Bob's Cruise-Ins. There will be no public service or calling hours, he will be buried in Fairview Cemetery in Carthage. Arrangements are being handled by Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 500 State St., Carthage. Donations can be made to Lewis County Public Health and Hospice of Lewis County.
