BROWNVILLE, N.Y. — Funeral services for Gerald G. Phillips, 66, of Brownville, will be held at a time to be announced.
Mr. Phillips passed away unexpectedly early Wednesday morning, July 29, at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Gay Phillips.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lundy Funeral Home, Carthage.
