HARRISVILLE- Helen L. Vrooman, 82, of 325 State Highway Route 3, died on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at the Carthage Area Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility. A Memorial Luncheon will be held Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 1:00pm at the United Methodist Church in Harrisville, New York.
