On her last birthday me, Morgan Bartleson (adopted grandchild) and my sister, cadence Bartleson (adopted grandchild) threw grandma a birthday party knowing that might be her last birthday.. we got decorations and invited some of her closest friends, including our little cousin that she loved so much..she was so happy and we could tell. That’s one of the last memories I remember that she was genuinely happy. The picture was taken on that day.. although she doesn’t look happy in that photo I know she was. I miss her every day.. on these times I feel like I need her even more..
