Sympathies to you Harold and the Dawes family. I hadn't seen David since our high school days. Remember him from Boys Club and living on West Street. We graduated the same year; me from CCS. Rest in Peace old friend.

Our most sincere heartfelt condolences, Harold, on Dave’s passing. He was truly a kind hearted person who we will always remember with great fondness. Most memorable to me, Dave coached my 7th/8th grade basketball team with great success in building a well bonded team that brought the trophy home to CAA. It was surely a great building block in the lives of all the team members. Many prayers to you and all the extended family, but especially for Dave as he reaps his heavenly reward. God bless you all, and Rest In Peace our friend, Dave.

Harold and family our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences. May David rest in Peace and Perpetual Light Shine Upon Him.
Many fond memories of him from school days in Carthage to our aging relationship as friends. Always good to see him at Church or walking State Street and engage in friendly conversation. Saddened to read this. Prayers for comfort to all family members.

I always looked forward to seeing David "somewhere" walking in Carthage whenever I visited home. He never seemed to change...always positive and with a great memory of the "old days."
I will miss him.
