In September of 2002, our son, Chris married Richard’s granddaughter, Manda. It was then we discovered what a classy gentleman he was. Near the end of his wedding dance with Manda, he graciously handed her over to Chris. It made a lasting impression on us, one we will never forget.
Over the years, Manda has told us many things about the positive influence her grandfather had on her life.
And we all owe Richard a debt of gratitude for faithfully and honorably serving his country in the United States Air Force for 28 years.
