I remember Wilma when she was my sister, Pat Streicker, roommate. This was she was living in Washington DC. She had such a personality and would make me laugh.

So sad that Wilma has passed. I remember her fondly when I worked with her at Fort Drum. She was full of personality, always eager to share a laugh and a wonderful person. She was much loved by all of her coworkers. Rest in peace sweet lady.
