CARTHAGE- John Dale Spicer, 62, formerly of Natural Bridge, died on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at the VAMC Hospital in Biloxi, Mississippi. He was born on November 15, 1953 in Natural Bridge to John and Margaret Solon Spicer. Arrangements are incomplete and are being handled by the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., located at 500 State Street in Carthage, NY 13619.
