Well Dad it has been 1 year since you left us. You would be proud of the way Fred has stepped and cared for mom. He is doing an awesome job. I try to help when I can. I miss you and wish I would have been there when you pasted, but I do love you. I am glad you are not in pain any longer . And Just know mom is well cared for.

Hi Dad, It has been four months since you left us and went to be with Sharon. It is so hard not having you here with us, but I am grateful that you are not suffering any more. Mom is getting around much better and doing more for herself. Fred and her make dinners together and are enjoying cooking. We all miss you dearly. I hope you and Sharon are together along with the rest of our family and friends. You all take care of one another while we do the same here until we are all together again. I love you so much Dad.

Hi Dad, Stopped in to see Mom again today. She is up and about cooking and baking! Trying to find her some comfortable shoes with support so she can walk around better. She got herself a lap table so she can work on her craft stuff and still being able to keep her feet up. She, as well as the rest of us miss you dearly. I think of something and want to call and tell or ask you, but then realize I cannot. Today, I think you tried to tell me hi when I went to see Mom. I came through the front door and a disc for Fred's computer flew off his desk from somewhere and landed by me feet! I bent down and picked it up and put it on the desk and said a quick hello to you. I know you were letting me know that you were there with us. Keep sending me signs as they are what keeps me going. I wish you were here with us, but I know how much pain you were in and how sick you were and you need to be with Sharon and at peace. You both keep sending me signs and I pay attention. I listen to my heart not just my brain as you would want me to. Let Sharon know I am keeping an eye on her children and grandchildren for her. She would be so proud of Erica. She will be graduating in June and going to college. She is a beautiful young lady inside and out. I love and miss you both more and more every day. Keep each other safe. I hope you are playing cards and enjoying your time with Red and Dorothy too. Say hi to Betty, Eunie and Dawna for me too. Love you all. Your loving daughter.

Hi Brother:
Think of you every day. Missed your apple brownies you always make us for Christmas. Still hard to believe you are gone. I keep waiting for that phone call. You always called to check on me. The days and nights are hard. They found cancer on my face again. I am trying something different. It is to hard to go in for surgery as no one is able to take me with getting time off. We also have gotten over 4 feet of snow.
I am sure you are watching over us and know what is going on. Well dear brother keep me in your prayers. I love you brother. Give Dad, Mom and Sharon a hug for me.

Hi Dad. Went to see Mom today and took her some goodies. Peggy and her husband David came today and had a long visit with Mom and Fred. They enjoyed the visit. I was sorry I didn't know they were coming, I would have loved to see them and had some stuff for Peggy for Christmas. I guess I will get her address and mail it out to her if I don't get up there. I would like to see their home before they move after all the work they have done on it. Fred did some Christmas decorating today. He put some outdoor lights up, but hasn't put up the wreath I made for you yet. He decorated inside a bit too. It looks very nice. I need to finish mine, but had all of Mike's kids as always as they live here, but then I had Shane's children as well and Friday night Travis' girls also stayed overnight. Tom and I took them Christmas caroling around NB last night. It was fun and the older and disabled people here in town just loved it. I guess I better get back to work, but wanted to say hi. Please give my love and hugs to Sharon. Love you Dad and miss you so much. I know you are not sick and in pain any more, so I will take comfort in that. Love and kisses.

Morning Dad. Been a long night working after a long trip to Syracuse with not so good results. It looks like the last couple legs of surgery are going to take a while and pretty expensive. I know my surgery is as important to you as me, so I will muddle along and probably have the next surgery about March. Trying to get and stay in the holiday spirit, so on that note I am taking the grandkids Christmas caroling tonight and to the tree lighting with cookies and hot cocoa at the NB Fire Hall and hopefully finish decorating this weekend. Miss you so much. I always think of something I want to call and tell you or ask you, but then I remember I can't. Mom is doing okay and has a checkup on Monday with Jane, hopefully her bladder issue is cleared up. You and Sharon take care of one another and say hi to everyone. We miss all of you so very much. Yesterday went and picked up some decorations for the tree. We were planning on taking the boys to get the tree today, but while we were gone, Cody and Dylan put the new knob and lock on the new door and installed it and then went and got the Christmas tree as an early Christmas present for Tom and I. So very proud of them. They did a great job! You would have been amazed. They never did carpentry work before. I got mom a new travel pillow for her neck and taking it up today. She has been having headaches and we think it is from her falling asleep sitting up in her chair and her head falls. I have one and it works wonders, hoping her headaches improve with this. We made it through Thanksgiving, but it was very hard. Miss you so much, but relieved you are not sick and in pain any more. You and Sharon take care of one another and watch over us and keep your arms wrapped around us. I think of things I want to tell you or ask you about and then realize you are not here, but then I get this feeling that you are right next to me and feel a little better. Love you and miss you dearly Dad.

Thoughts of you all day today, especially with the first snowfall. I know you would have been outside worrying about it and making sure everything was cleaned up and Fred had plowed. Mom called this morning worried about my coming up with the nasty weather. She is doing well considering everything. I miss you terribly, more so with Thanksgiving in a few days. I am making a pie, strawberry mold and fruit salad for Mom and Fred. Tom and I will be going up in the afternoon to have desert with them. Yesterday was a sad day for all of us, most especially mom, as it was your first birthday in heaven. I hope you spent it with Sharon. We miss you so much and wish you were here with us, but only if you were not to be so sick and in so much pain. Sunday, we are going to St. Mary's as Aunt Charlotte is having a mass said for you and Sharon. Tom is going with me as well and then we are all going to Aunt Mary's for lunch after. It won't be the same without you. I got Samantha her birthday care and McDonald's gift card as you asked me to do. Rest peacefully Dad and know that I am taking care of mom too. Say hi and give my love to Sharon, Eunie, Betty, Mike and Evelyn, and all the family. Take care of one another until we see you again. You can all feel free to visit me in my dreams and have the older family send messages to help with the genealogy; you know how much I love doing it. Love you very much.

My baby girls were here last night and asking about you. I told them you are with their Grandma. You and Alfreda can visit and remember these two baby girls, Abby and Camille who love you both very much. Camille told her mother the other day that Jesus came and took her to heaven to see you and her Grandma Morgan and then brought her back. She sees Tom's mother too and talks to her picture. Hi Dad. Stopped in to pay on your account at the hospital. The lady and young man there were so sad to hear of your passing. They talked with me for a long time and recounted your monthly visits with them when you came in telling me about all the conversations they had with you and your stories. They were sad to know that you won't be stopping in any more. It seems everywhere I go, people were shocked of your passing and always telling me of their many conversations with you and how much they were going to miss seeing you, none more than your family however. I keep thinking I will wake up and you will be back with us, although as time is going by I know that will not be the case. I am glad to know that you are no longer so sick and in so much pain and that you are with Sharon, but I truly miss you so much, but also want you to be at peace. You rest now and you and Sharon take care of one another until we are together again. Just know you are so very missed and loved by us all. I love you Dad.

My grandpa was the best person in the world. He loved me and everyone that ever lived. Now he will look over me and he's going to make sure I won't get in trouble in school. He loved being with us and he loved picking his berries. And he had a John Deere tractor and it is green.

Good morning Dad. The grandkids spent the night. They love to hear me tell the stories you used to tell us kids as well as the stories about Tom and I. They wanted a picnic in the living room while they watched the holiday shows. They love the Christmas movies just as much as your daughter; you know I can watch them year round. I told them the story of how you would make me picnic lunches and bring them to me at work, especially on my birthday. They were such special days for me and picnics will always be more special for me because of that. I hope you are in less pain and with Grandma and Grandpa, Sharon, and all of our family and friends.
