My condolences to Richard's family. I am so sorry and heart broken to hear this. He was one of a kind. Richard believed in me and gave me a chance to prove myself when I came in on a job position in his Refrigeration Shop back in the early 80's. For that, I was always grateful for him. Not only did I gain a super great boss, but an awesome friend for life to cherish. One could not have asked for better friends then Dick and Sandy. Many precious memories of them both I will forever hold within my heart. May you R.I.P my friend. You will be surely missed. I know I will miss you. Thank you Dick, for believing in me and giving me a chance which started my career off in the HVAC/R trade. I learned so much with the help of you and our work crew. I will see you again someday.
