As far back as I can remember, there has always been "Mrs. Roberts" in the house next door...as kids growing up and racing all over S.Main and Liberty, she was always there with a kind word [unless I needed it to be more stern].
So very sorry to see her go. Know that she will never be forgotten.

I will always remember Aunt Lil as kind and loving. She was alway fun to be around. She had that Edna Yelle childlike playfulness that many of her offspring have inherited.
Sorry I couldn't be with you to honor her but my thoughts with be with her and the family.

Although I never met Maryln, she must have been an incredible lady. Her son, Jay and wife Robin, are incredible individually, and even better, collectively. I am so blessed to have them in my life, and even more humble, to call them friends. They are one Corryton Church's (Knoxville, TN) greatest assets, and one of God's greatest gifts to me. I know Maryln would be so proud of the man he has become. My prayers to the Roberts family as you celebrate her life, tomorrow. ... Sincerely, Jessica Beasley (Knoxville, TN).

We are sorry for your loss. Marilyn was a great lady. While most of our interaction was at the Carthage Methodist Church, Marilyn truly was involved in our community and her family. She always had time to hear what was going on in others lives and was always there to lend a hand. Many good memories, but especially her smile.
