Obituary of Margaret F. Skinner

Philadelphia- Margaret "Peggy" Fay (Drake) Skinner, 61, formerly of Philadelphia died on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at the Inova Loudon Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia. She was born on May 19, 1954 to the Late James Drake and Marion Casse Maloy. She graduated from Indian River Central School in 1972. She Married William L. Skinner, Sr. on December 30th 1972 at the St. Joseph's Church in Philadelphia, NY. She was a Mental Health Counselor for many years working for the Charter Hospital. She is survived by her husband, William Skinner, Winchester Virginia; her mother, Marion Maloy, Florida; three children, William Jr. and wife Soosie Skinner, Winchester, Virginia; Daniel and wife Bethany Skinner, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia; and daughter Amanda, San Jose California; A sister Cecelia LaClair and husband Ernest, Watertown, NY, she is also survived by her two Brothers Joseph and wife Brenda Drake, Philadelphia, NY and Timothy and wife Ann Maloy of New York, NY She was a dedicated Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Sister. She loved life and all the things that it had to offer. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. She will be buried in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Evans Mills at a later date. Arrangements are incomplete and are being handled by the Northridge Cremation Chapel owned and operated by Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc.
