Larry Dusharm GOUVERNEUR, N.Y. — Larry Dusharm, 63, of 357 County Route 24, Gouverneur, died Wednesday morning, July 15, at his home under the care of his family and Hospice of St. Lawrence County. Born July 17, 1951, in Gouverneur, the son of Lawrence & Joan Thrasher Dusharm, he attended school at Hermon-DeKalb. He served with the United States Navy from 1970 to 1974. He married Donna Briggs on Feb. 21, 1972, in Gouverneur. Larry was employed by the Department of Defense as a carpenter and a mason at Fort Drum. Surviving are his wife, Donna; his children, Eileen and her husband Jamie Sibley, Bruce and his wife Jennifer Dusharm, Jodi Dusharm and Rhonda Dusharm; his siblings and their spouses, Arita and Alden Hale, Marsha and Bob Drake, Laurie and David Bush, Heather and David Skeldon and Marc and Sue Dusharm; and several grandchildren. At his request, there will be no public calling hours or service. Arrangements are being handled by the Lundy Funeral Home - Northridge Cremation Chapel, NYS Route 11, Philadelphia.
