My heart is heavy with the sadness of Steve's passing....he was such a fighter through so many trials and tribulations in his life.My prayers are with his parents and his son and family.....even though we didn't we each other often enough as we grew older,he was my BROTHER since we were kids and I will always hold him close to my heart and all the great memories he is a part of.His suffering is finally over, may he rest in peace now with Cheri.

I didn't know Steve but Patsy DeCarr Thornton is a very close friend. A few years ago when she was visiting me she went on line to get the words to a song so she could sing to him on his birthday. FAMILY LOVE. Says a lot about Patsy's family. Condolences to everyone.
