My family and I have lost the best Uncle/Brother/Friend anyone could ever ask for. Cancer, you really suck!! You fought a long hard battle Uncle Elmer and I will always remember you for the strong man you were. I will always cherish your memories. As a kid, I remember when you would go hunting and would drag that deer back 2 to 3 miles back to your truck and take it home and always share the venison with family and friends. Every time I would come up to New York, for a visit, you would always make time to stop by for a visit and would even pick up some Croghan bologna for me. Thank you for being more than just an Uncle to me. You were also my good friend. I love you. Rest in peace...
